Returns
We really hope that you love all items received from Asher & Ace! However, if you are unhappy with your order in any way, we will accept your returned items. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to return it by contacting us at hello@asherandace.co.uk.
The returns must arrive back unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs will be at the cost of the customer, and are therefore non-refundable. We recommend using a 'Signed For' option with tracking as we can not be held responsible for any items that do not make it back to us.
If you wish to exchange the items, any additional postage costs incurred will be at the customer’s expense. This includes the cost of Asher and Ace shipping back to the customer. An invoice to cover shipping costs must be paid before items are despatched.
Please note that all sale and discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will process the refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Unfortunately, will we not be able to process a refund to you if we do not receive the order back within 14 days.
